All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our made-to-order and limited-run apparel, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Defective, Damaged, or Delayed Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly delayed, we will make it right with a refund or an exchange for an item of equal value.

To start this process:

Contact us within 30 days of your shipment date
Email tianaburks@avenue831.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue

Return Shipping

If a return is required as part of a defective/damaged item resolution:

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund

Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming its arrival and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
